- 1. Document submissionSubmit your CV and enrollment certificate through the form below and receive feedback within 3 working days.
- 2. Initial interviewIf you meet our criteria, we'll arrange a 30-minute online interview to discuss your motivation and academic milestones.
- 3. Contract agreementSuccessful applicants receive a freelancer contract and an onboarding form to review, complete, and sign.
- 4. Training & orientationWe provide tailored training for our coaches and regularly hold meetings to clarify any questions.
- 5. Begin your journey as a coachOnce all of the above steps are completed, you can begin your journey as a coach at Rock your Thesis and share your knowledge with students!

Requirements to become a content creator
To maintain the quality of our coaches, we have defined a series of strict criteria. If you meet the following criteria, you are the ideal coach for Rock your Thesis and we are looking for you.
- 1) Hold a PhD or State Exam or be a PhD candidate
- Applicants must have either already obtained a doctorate or state exam or be actively enrolled in a doctoral program and demonstrate advanced expertise in their field of study.
- 2) Study at one of the top universities
- We prefer candidates from renowned universities (according to Financial Times ranking) to ensure our coaches bring high educational standards and are familiar with demanding academic environments.
- 3) Supervision of more than 10 students with their thesis
- Previous experience is crucial. Applicants should have supervised at least 10 students with their thesis to demonstrate they have the necessary supervision skills and understanding of student needs.
- 4) A published or submitted paper
- To ensure academic integrity, applicants should have published or submitted at least one scientific paper in a renowned journal to demonstrate their active engagement in the academic community and research expertise.
- 5) Passion for teaching
- Coaching is more than just a job and should be a calling for our coaches. Applicants should have genuine passion for imparting knowledge, helping students understand complex topics, and promoting academic success.
- 6) Availability and flexibility
- We expect our coaches to be responsive and adaptable. This means being available for scheduled meetings, being prepared for occasional spontaneous changes, and ensuring timely communication with students.
