 - 2. Initial InterviewIf you meet our criteria, we'll schedule a 30-minute online interview to discuss your motivation and academic milestones.
 - 3. Contract AgreementSuccessful applicants receive a freelancer contract and an onboarding form for review, completion, and signature.
 - 4. Training & OrientationWe offer tailored training for our content creators and hold regular meetings to address any questions.
 - 5. Begin Your Journey as a Content CreatorOnce all the above steps are completed, you can start as a content creator at Thesis-Elearning.com and share your knowledge with students!

Requirements to Become a Content Creator
To maintain the high quality of our content creators, we have defined a set of strict criteria. If you meet the following criteria, you're right for Thesis-Elearning.com and we're looking for you.
- 1) Have a PhD, State Examination, or be a PhD Candidate
 - Applicants must either have already obtained a doctorate or state examination, or be actively enrolled in a doctoral program and demonstrate advanced expertise in their field of study.
 - 2) Study at a Top University
 - We prefer candidates from renowned universities (according to the Financial Times ranking) to ensure that our coaches bring a high educational standard and are familiar with the demanding academic environment.
 - 3) Supervision of More Than 10 Students with Their Theses
 - Previous experience is crucial. Applicants should have supervised at least 10 students with their theses to demonstrate that they possess the necessary didactic and professional skills as well as an understanding of students' challenges.
 - 4) A Published or Submitted Paper
 - To ensure academic integrity, applicants should have published or submitted at least one scientific paper in a reputable journal, demonstrating their active engagement in the academic community and expertise in research.
 - 5) Passion for Teaching
 - Creating learning content is more than just a job and should be a calling for our content creators. Applicants should have a genuine passion for sharing knowledge, helping students understand complex topics, and promoting academic success.
 - 6) Availability and Flexibility
 - We expect our content creators to be responsive and adaptable. This means being available for creating new learning content and being prepared for occasional and spontaneous changes.
